Eximioceras venustum
Taxonomy
Eximioceras venustum was named by Shchedukhin (2022). Its type specimen is PIN 5668/5-1, a shell, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Shakhtau open pit, sample 5, which is in an Asselian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Shakhtau Reef Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Eximioceras.
