Piltonia fryi
Taxonomy
Piltonia fryi was named by Goldring (1958). Its type specimen is GS 86984, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bed marked by Chonetes cf. buchiana, right bank, Avon Gorge, which is in a Hastarian carbonate limestone in the Palate Formation of the United Kingdom.
