Taxonomy
Fuscinipyge inflata was named by Ormiston (1972). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shell Canada Lot MM-50-N59. Fossil Island, Peace River, which is in a Givetian marine horizon in the Dunedin or Pine Point Formation of Canada.
