Perexigupyge hodgesi
Taxonomy
Perexigupyge hodgesi was named by Brezinski (1988). Its type specimen is CMNH 34425 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hodges Quarry, which is in a Tournaisian carbonate limestone in the Gilmore City Limestone Formation of Iowa. It is the type species of Perexigupyge.
