Loveina zephyri

Taxonomy
Loveina zephyri was named by Simpson (1940). Its type specimen is Amer. Mus. No. 32517, a mandible (left lower jaw with P3-M1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is East Fork (Wind River), which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Wind River Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Loveina.
