Mahgarita stevensi

Taxonomy
Margarita stevensi was named by Wilson and Szalay (1976) ["genotype"]. Its type specimen is TMM 41578-9, a skull (crushed skull with C, P2-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Skyline (TMM 41578), which is in a Duchesnean terrestrial horizon in the Devil's Graveyard Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Margarita.

It was recombined as Mahgarita stevensi by Wilson and Szalay (1977) and Wilson and Stevens (1986).
