Mediochoerus johnsoni

Taxonomy
Mediochoerus johnsoni was named by Schultz and Falkenbach (1941). Its type specimen is UNSM 2-11-8-36NP, a partial skull (Skull (lacking occipital region, frontals, and nasals) with I1-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hemingford Quarry 24, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial horizon in the Runningwater Formation of Nebraska.
