Mookomys subtilis
Taxonomy
Mookomys subtilis was named by Lindsay (1972) [status unclear in light of Korth 1997a]. Its type locality is Margo Quarry, which is in a Barstovian terrestrial horizon in the Barstow Formation of California.
It was recombined as Heliscomys subtilis by Korth (1994) and Korth (1997).
