Picromomys petersonorum
Taxonomy
Picromomys petersonorum was named by Rose and Bown (1996). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Elk Creek (390 m), which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Picromomys.
