Plesiadapis fodinatus
Taxonomy
Plesiadapis fodinatus was named by Jepsen (1930). Its type specimen is Princeton No. 13278, a mandible (right lower jaw with I-M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Princeton Quarry, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial horizon in the Fort Union Formation of Wyoming.
