Prosigmodon chihuahuensis
Taxonomy
Prosigmodon chihuahuensis was named by Lindsay and Jacobs (1985). Its type specimen is IGCU 1238, a mandible (left dentary fragment with M1-2), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Concha (CH-17), which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in Mexico.
