Prosomys mimus
Taxonomy
Prosomys mimus was named by Shotwell (1956). Its type locality is McKay Reservoir, which is in a Hemphillian pond sandstone in the McKay Formation of Oregon.
It was recombined as Microtodon mimus by Kowalski (1960); it was recombined as Promimomys mimus by Repenning (1968), Hibbard (1970) and Martin (1975).
