Mylohyus longirostris

Taxonomy
Prosthennops longirostris was named by Thorpe (1924). Its type specimen is YPM 11160, a partial skull (both mandibular rami, united at the symphysis, a;nd lacking in the main only the canines and the posterior portion, including the coronoid processes. The molars), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Mylohyus longirostris by Wright (1998) and Prothero (2021).
