Oxyclaenus pugnax
Taxonomy
Chriacus pugnax was named by Simpson (1935). Its type locality is Simpson Loc. 78 (lower Lebo), which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial horizon in the Lebo Formation of Montana.
It was recombined as Thangorodrim pugnax by Van Valen (1978); it was recombined as Oxyclaenus pugnax by Van Valen and Sloan (1965) and Robison (1986).
