Thryptacodon orthogonius
Taxonomy
Chriacus orthogonius was named by Russell (1929) [used in combination "Thryptacodon orthogonius" by Fox 1988, 1990]. Its type specimen is UALVP 124, a tooth (isolated left M2), and it is not a trace fossil.
It was recombined as Thryptacodon orthogonius by Scott et al. (2002).
