Barylambda faberi
Taxonomy
Titanoides faberi was named by Patterson (1933). Its type specimen is CNHM P-14637, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Barylambda Type Locality, which is in a Clarkforkian terrestrial horizon in the DeBeque Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Barylambda faberi by Patterson (1937), Patterson (1939), Simons (1960), Gingerich and Childress (1983) and Lucas (1998).
