Trogolemur amplior
Taxonomy
Trogolemur amplior was named by Beard et al. (1992). Its type specimen is CM 40069, a mandible (left dentary fragment preserving crowns of M1-2, roots or alveoli for I1, C1, P3-4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Davis Ranch, which is in a Bridgerian fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Wind River Formation of Wyoming.
