Aquia brookensis

Taxonomy
Aquia brookensis was named by Crane et al. (1993) [Specimen deposited at the Department of Geology, FMNH.]. Its type specimen is PP42954 (holotype). Its type locality is Bank near Brooke, which is in an Albian/Albian crevasse splay siltstone in the Patapsco Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Aquia.
