Gaviacetus razai

Taxonomy
Gaviacetus razai was named by Gingerich et al. (1995). Its type specimen is GSP-UM3095, a skull (skull & vertebra, including a sacral), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Basti Ahmed, which is in a Lutetian offshore shelf shale/limestone in the Domanda Formation of Pakistan.
