Pontebbastraea pontebbanae
Taxonomy
Stylophyllopsis pontebbanae was named by Volz (1896). Its type locality is Stuores, Italy, which is in a Carnian shallow subtidal marl in the Cassian Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Pontebbastraea.
It was recombined as Pontebbastraea pontebbanae by Roniewicz and Michalik (2002).
