Engesser 1980Evoluierte Galerix-Formen mit Tendenz zur Zweiteilung des Mesostyls an den M sup. und kurzen, breiten M1 und M2, deren Protoconus-Hinterarm keinerlei Verbinding mit dem Metaconulus zeigt, sondern immer zum Hypoconus zieht. Vordergebiss des Unterkiefers stark verkürzt, miet schmächtigem, steil eingepflanzten Canin. Mandibelknochen relativ kräftig.
