Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
M. D. Uhen 2001Eocetus schweinfurthi differs from Eocetus wardii in having a dorsoventrally thinner rostrum and having laterally flaring incisor alveoli, which E. wardii lacks. The embrasure pits located posterior to I3 and C1 on the premaxillae are also more deeply incised in E. schweinfurthi than they are in E. wardii.
