Desmatolagus gobiensis
Taxonomy
Desmatolagus gobiensis was named by Matthew and Granger (1923). Its type specimen is AMNH 19103, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loh, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Hsanda Gol Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Desmatolagus.
