Hamamelites voyana

Taxonomy
Quercus voyana was named by Lesquereux (1878). Its type specimen is U.C. Mus. Pal. Paleobot. Ser. holotype no. 1897 and is a 3D body fossil.

It was synonymized subjectively with Quercus distincta by Knowlton (1919); it was recombined as Hamamelites voyana by MacGinitie (1941).
