Peng et al. 2005Small to medium sized stegosaur diagnosed by well developed jugal; 2~3 supraorbitals; presence of premaxillary teeth; presence of antorbital vacuity; mandible with external mandibular fenestra and prominent coronoid eminence; low dorsal neural arches; sacral foramens not enclosed; femur a little longer than humerus with undeveloped fourth trochanter; distal ends of tibia and fibula fused with astragalus and calcaneum; pedal digit II and III with 3 phalanges; dermal plates varied in shape.
