Isoetites horridus

Taxonomy
Carpolithes horridus was named by Dawson (1883) [Isoetites horridus (Dawson) Brown, 1939a, p. 268, figs. 3, 6. 1962, p. 64, Pl. 9, fig. 108.]. It is not extant.

It was recombined as Antholithes horridus by Knowlton (1919); it was recombined as Isoetites horridus by Hickey (1977), Hickey (1977) and Hickey (1977).
