Austrosaurus mckillopi

Taxonomy
Austrosaurus mckillopi was named by Longman (1933). Its type specimen is QM F2316, a set of postcrania (Presacral vertebra and ribs), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Whitewood Paddock, Clutha Station, which is in an Albian marine limestone in the Allaru Mudstone Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Austrosaurus.

It was considered a nomen dubium by Mannion et al. (2013).
