Pawpawsaurus campbelli
Taxonomy
Pawpawsaurus campbelli was named by Lee (1996). Its type specimen is SMU 73203. Its type locality is SMU Loc. 263 (upper Paw Paw Fm.), which is in an Albian offshore claystone in the Paw Paw Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Pawpawsaurus. It was considered monophyletic by Vickaryous et al. (2004).
