Aelurosaurus felinus
Taxonomy
Aelurosaurus felinus was named by Owen (1881). Its type specimen is BMNH R 339, a partial skull (Snout), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gouph Tract, Beaufort West, which is in a Guadalupian terrestrial horizon in the Abrahamskraal Formation of South Africa.
