Melinodon simus

Melinodon simus was named by Broom (1905). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Aliwal North Area, which is in an Anisian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Burgersdorp Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Melinodon.
