Cardinal septum is on the convex side in the long narrow fossula. Alar fossu- lae are defined, but no counter fossula. Major septa ex- tend to the axis; septa are denticulate at distal edges. Some species have carinate septa. Tabulae are incomplete, distally arched. Dissepiments are present near the periphery in the late growth stages. |
