Bissektipelta archibaldi

Taxonomy
Amtosaurus archibaldi was named by Averianov (2002). Its type specimen is ZIN PH 1/16, a partial skull (partial braincase and skull roof), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dzharakuduk (general), which is in a Turonian/Turonian fluvial sandstone in the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan. It is the type species of Bissektipelta.

It was recombined as Bissektipelta archibaldi by Parish and Barrett (2004) and Arbour and Currie (2016).
