Satshatemnus bonapartei
Taxonomy
Satshatemnus bonapartei was named by Soria (1989) [PVL = PaleontolgÃa de Vertebrados, Fundación "Miguel Lillo," Tucumán]. Its type specimen is PVL 4297, partial left maxilla bearing partial P2-M2, a maxilla. Its type locality is Aguas Chiquitas, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Río Loro Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Satshatemnus.
