Puelia sigma

Taxonomy
Trimerostephanus sigma was named by Ameghino (1901). Its type specimen is MACN 10967, partial left mandible bearing worn m1-3, a mandible. Its type locality is Colhué Huapí Norte Mustersan, which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in Argentina.

It was recombined as Puelia sigma by Bond and López (1993).
