Rosendo pascuali
Taxonomy
Eomorphippus pascuali was named by Simpson (1967) [Questionably assigned to Eomorphippus by Simpson]. Its type specimen is AMNH 29405, a maxilla (partial maxilla bearing P2-M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gran Barranca faunule 16, which is in a Tinguirirican terrestrial horizon in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Rosendo.
It was recombined as Rosendo pascuali by Wyss et al. (2018).
