Adapidium huanghoense

Taxonomy
Adapidium huanghoense was named by Young (1937). Its type specimen is Cenozoic Research Laboratory, Geological Survey of China, a mandible (right lower jaw with the two last molars), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Heti Formation F 12, which is in a Sharamurunian terrestrial horizon in the Hedi Formation of China. It is the type species of Adapidium.
