Apsaravis ukhaana
Taxonomy
Apsaravis ukhaana was named by Norell and Clarke (2001). Its type specimen is IGM 100/1017, a skeleton (nearly complete skeleton with fragmentary skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Camels Humps Amphitheater, Ukhaa Tolgod, which is in a Campanian eolian sandstone in the Djadokhta Formation of Mongolia.
