Anthozoa - Scleractinia - Alpinophylliidae

Alpinophyllia was named by Roniewicz (1989) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr Nori Tr Rhae Sepkoski's reference number: 919]. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Alpinophylliidae.

It was assigned to Procyclolitidae by Stanley and Senowbari-Daryan (1999); to Scleractinia by Sepkoski (2002); and to Alpinophylliidae by Roniewicz et al. (2005).
