Austromunida casadioi

Taxonomy
Austromunida casadioi was named by Schweitzer and Feldmann (2000) [Originally referred to Austromunida, which was synomymized with Munida in the Casadio et al. paper.]. Its type specimen is GHUNLPam 16832 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Calafate, which is in an Eocene fluvial siltstone/sandstone in the Centinela Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Austromunida.

It was recombined as Munida casadioi by Casadio et al. (2004).
