Taxonomy
Alaskiella medfraensis was named by Frýda and Blodgett (1998). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 83RB9, south flank of Limestone Mountain, which is in an Emsian carbonate limestone in the Limestone Mountain Formation of Alaska.
