Streptospondylus altdorfensis

Taxonomy
Streptospondylus altdorfensis was named by Meyer (1832). Its type specimen is MNHN 8605-09, 8787-89, 8793-94, 8907, a set of postcrania, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vaches Noires, near Honfleur, which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian marine marl in France.

It was synonymized subjectively with Steneosaurus rostromajor by Walker (1964).
