Pelagiella adunca
Taxonomy
Auriculatespira adunca was named by He et al. (1984). Its type locality is Near boundary of Fangcheng & Yexian Counties, which is in a Nangaoian carbonate limestone in the Xinji Formation of China.
It was recombined as Auriculaspira adunca by Zhou and Xiao (1984), Pei (1985) and Feng et al. (1994); it was synonymized subjectively with Pelagiella madianensis by Parkhaev (2001) and Parkhaev (2004); it was recombined as Pelagiella adunca by Rozanov and Missarzhevsky (1966), Bengtson et al. (1990), Runnegar (1990), Elicki (1996), Gubanov et al. (2004), Gubanov et al. (2004), Parkhaev (2004) and Wagner (2023).
