Theroteinus

Taxonomy
Theroteinus was named by Sigogneau-Russell et al. (1986). It is not extant. Its type is Theroteinus nicolai. It is the type genus of Theroteinidae.

It was assigned to Haramiyida by Butler (2000); and to Theroteinidae by Sigogneau-Russell et al. (1986) and Kielan-Jaworowska et al. (2004).
