Morturneria seymourensis

Taxonomy
Turneria seymouriensis was named by Chatterjee and Creisler (1994). Its type specimen is TTU P 9219, a partial skeleton (skull and cervical vertebrae), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was synonymized subjectively with Aristonectes parvidens by Gasparini et al. (2003); it was recombined as Morturneria seymourensis by Chatterjee and Creisler (1994), O'Keefe (2001), O'Keefe et al. (2017), O'Gorman et al. (2019) and O'Gorman (2019).
