Vinceria andina
Taxonomy
Vinceria andina was named by Bonaparte (1969). Its type specimen is PVL 3831, a skull (Skull and mandible), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 5 km west of Villa de Potrerillos, which is in an Anisian terrestrial horizon in the Cerro de Las Cabras Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Vinceria.
