Kirkospira glacialis
Taxonomy
Kirkospira glacialis was named by Rohr and Blodgett (2001). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kirk locality 993, which is in a Gorstian/Ludfordian carbonate limestone in the Willoughby Limestone Formation of Alaska. It is the type species of Kirkospira.
