Archaeogeryon lophos

Taxonomy
Proterocarcinus lophos was named by Feldmann et al. (1995). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is General Roca, which is in a Danian deep subtidal ramp marl in the Roca Formation of Argentina.

It was recombined as Archaeogeryon lophos by Schweitzer et al. (2021).
