Taxonomy
Pterotheca harviei was named by Foerste (1924). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is St Hugues, 1.5 miles NW of station on Yamaska River, which is in a Maysvillian carbonate limestone in the Nicolet River Formation of Canada.
