Taxonomy
Sinosachites was named by He (1980) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm Atda-u Sepkoski's reference number: 885,951]. It is not extant. Its type is Sinosachites flabelliformis.

It was assigned to Sachitida by Sepkoski (2002); to Halwaxida by Conway Morris and Caron (2007); and to Halkieriinae by Parkhaev and Demidenko (2010).

P. Y. Parkhaev and Y. Demidenko 2010"Small (up to 1 mm), shortened and widely triangular sclerites. Upper surface of sclerite convex, ornamented by longitudinal ribs. Lower surface flattened or concave, smooth. Lateral surfaces narrow. Sclerites straight or with S-like undulation due to downward bent of base and upward bent of distal end."
