Cymatopegma semiplicatum
Taxonomy
Cymatopegma semiplicatum was named by Pojeta et al. (1977). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Locality 16. BC 5*. Barrow Creek, which is in a Payntonian marine sandstone in the Tomahawk Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Cymatopegma.
